A free experiment

A business audit for automation and AI adoption

Show us how your work runs and get a report: where time and money are lost, what is worth automating, where AI will help and where it is not needed. Right now we do this free of charge for the first five companies.

  1. RequestYou tell us what the company does and what worries you. We reply and agree in writing on which data may be processed.
  2. DataYou send exports from your own systems for three to six months: orders, invoices, hours. Excel or CSV, as they are.
  3. QuestionsAn AI agent goes through the records and asks your staff questions: what is missing from the files and whether it has understood how the work is organised.
  4. ReportWe check the agent's report and hand it to you. What to do next is your decision.

What the report contains

Direct answers to your questions. Where work waits and gets lost — with figures from your own records. What to change and in which order: what is free, what costs money, what is not worth doing. Where automation or an AI agent will take over routine work, and where they will not help.

Being honest about the experiment

We are only starting to do these audits, which is why it is free for now. We do not promise savings or profit as a number. It is a review of how the work runs, not an audit of financial statements.

The review uses a language model run by an external provider. Columns with customer names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses in your files are replaced with neutral labels before the review; on request we delete everything right after the report.

Reports for companies in different lines of business

All the companies are invented; the data and the people are fictional. The reports were written by the AI agent: the text in the company's own language has not been edited, and we have proofread the translations. Find a business like yours and open its report.

Tell us about your task.
We'll start with one.

Describe in a couple of sentences what takes the most time and where the work happens: website, email, messengers, spreadsheets. We'll reply and suggest where to start.
