Privacy
Updated 2 October 2026
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers or ad networks. We receive your data only when you write to the chat on this site or to our addresses yourself.
Who is responsible for the data
The Absurdox Lab studio. For any question about your data, write to absurdoxlabsupport@gmail.com. We follow the European data protection rules (GDPR). The legal name and registration number of the business will appear here once it is registered.
What data we receive and why
Chat with the AI assistant
- An AI answers in the chat, not a person. A request you leave is read by a person.
- We receive the text of your messages and a contact if you leave one: email, Telegram or phone.
- We need this to answer your question and get back to you about your request. The basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering visitors.
- To keep the chat from being flooded, the server counts how many messages come from one address. The address itself is not written to the database.
Emails and Telegram messages
If you write to us by email or on Telegram, we receive what you wrote and your address, so that we can reply.
Server log
The server records the address of the page you opened, the time, the browser type, the site you came from and your IP address without its last part, so it cannot identify a specific device. We use the log to count visits and protect the site from abuse.
Who we share data with
- Google, the Gemini model. The text of chat messages with contacts removed, to check a message for a break-in attempt and to prepare the answer. Under the terms of the paid service, Google does not use this data to improve its products. The data may be processed outside the European Economic Area.
- Google, Gmail. An email with your request and contact arrives in our mailbox.
- Hetzner. The site's server and database are located in Germany.
We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising.
How long we keep data
- Chat conversations without a request: 30 days.
- A request with a contact: while we are working on your request. We will delete it earlier if you ask.
- The server log: 30 days.
- Database backups: 14 days.
Cookies and browser storage
The site sets no cookies. Your browser's storage holds two entries: the site language you chose and the key of your current conversation with the assistant. The key disappears when you close the tab.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict its processing or object to it. Write to absurdoxlabsupport@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you believe we are violating your rights, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.
